Sometimes something simple can be stunning, such as this DIY'ed "Magic Mirror" that was inspired by the movie "Mirror Mirror" (modern twist on "Snow White").

It is just a mirror that with the frame painted pink and dollar store plastic jewels glued to it to crown surrounded by glitter glue that transforms any gal that gazes into it into a "princess".

DIY DOLLAR STORE DOGGY VEST

Ericka at Sew Doggy Style and her dog Sebastian are crafting along with Project Runway All-Stars and she made the Michael Jacksonesque looking vest out of Metallic cleaning towels, a headband, aluminum foil, coffee, a coffee filter, zip ties and safety pins.  He looks like he is getting ready to moon walk!

CREEPY CROW FAUX TAXIDERMY

This fab decoration suitable for a creepy Halloween decoration or even if you are just an Edgar Allan Poe fan!

DOLLAR STORE SCARLET O'HARA DRESS

This is by user grenouille78 on Crafter and was submitted as part of the Dollar Store Challenge where users create an item spending $10 or less at their local Dollar store.

She created this amazing replica dress out of a hula hoop, a no-skid kitchen mat, a green drawstring laundry bag, a package of 200 coffee filters, shamrock garland, 2 white tablecloths, a package of garden stakes, and 2 water noodles.
