Or you could purchase an inexpensive flat, like the one below on sale at Walmart for $8  (cut off the bow) then head to your local craft supply or Ebay and buy two iron-on rhinestone skulls (like the ones below) and glue them to the shoes with a strong clear glue, like E-6000 and create a DIY look at half the price.
