This flying alarm clock is on sale at Daily Steals today only for $4.99 + shipping (although it is available on other sites also such as Think Geek and Amazon) and it encourages the user, and in the video, a young lad, to get out of bed in the morning because he has to in order to turn off the whirling copter disc and it can finish waking him up by amusing and entertaining him.  

While this sound like a  fun, yet practical and inexpensive Christmas gift for a youngster, it also looks like it has even greater potential - it could be the beginning of the next viral cat video on Youtube.
