I have seen flat fruit Christmas Tree displays but this is the first time I have seen the idea go 3-D. It looks festive and at the same time features healthy fruits to snack on.
This was from Jeanne Benedict and it was a spin-off on a veggie tree she had created previously "Live with Regis and Kathie Lee".
To make the base is made of cabbage and green and purple grapes, cantaloupe, watermelon balls, kiwi and Clementine orange wedges, but you could use use your imagination, but you would probably want to make a day in advance Christmas Veggie version took 1-2 hours to put together. Still, would be worth it if you wanted to impress your Holiday guests.
For details see the post for Fruit Christmas Tree visit Jeanne Benedict's website.

St. Patty's Day Rainbow of Flavor
Not only is this a unique visual masterpiece with the rainbow and pot of gold being make out of fruit, it is a delicious and healthy snack tray that would not only be fun to serve on St. Patrick's Day, but at any carry in or picnic to make it special.
This wonderful creation is by Michelle at Someday Crafts and and instructions on making this, along with a trick to keep the apples and bananas from brown and a fruit dip recipe can be found at
