Amazing Painting technique based on a craft you may have done in grade school

The most amazing art technique I've seen.

While initially it looks like a Jackson Pollock inspired abstract expressionist painting, it is similar in principal if you have ever completed a tye-dye type of craft project in art class in grade school or camp on a garment using wax or crayons then dipping in dye.

Only the area around the wax absorbing the dye or paint and it leave the waxed area the original color.   While the technique is simple, the execution in the video is not, as the picture drawn in wax is upside down.
