Scientific Way to Cut a Cake


Nothing like finding out you have been cutting a cake wrong all along, at least from a scientific perspective to prevent drying if you do not eat the entire cake after it is cut.

I can see where the method might deter the drying out of the cake, but it doesn't look as appealling as the traditional wedge method for a round cake, but might be something to think about for a birthday party for someone who might get a kick out of their cake being served the "Scientific" way.
