Spinner has a list of 10 celebrities that appeared in music videos before they were famous, but the one I would never have guessed is Hugh Laurie, better know as "Dr. Gregory House" on the hit TV series "House" in the Annie Lennox video "Walking on Broken Glass" - it looks very little like he does for his character for the series.
