In this episode a gal nominated her boyfriend, who is a super fan of Lord of the Rings, even naming his cats Sam and Frodo, so she wanted something that involved both Lord of the Rings and the cats.

The creators came up with an awesomely clever Hobbit hole that hides kitties littler box along with Tower of Sauron scratching post covered in rope ad complete the filled with catnip for the eye.

Clever Cat Litter Box Disguise

I recall from living in a small apartment with two cats finding a place to put the litter box so it is out of the way is a challenge, but the above is an shelving unit with a cat door installed is a genius way to disguise it.

Ikea Hackers has instructions on how an Ikea EXPEDIT was used, but probably any type of shelving unit with lower doors that open wide enough to put a litter box in.
