Skeleton Roundup

Hello and welcome to Day 27 of Countdown to Halloween.  Today's offering is a skeleton roundup of some offbeat items from around the web.

Butterfly Skeletons from Dollar Store Items

Skelton Themed Guitar

Mini Skeleton Sings the "Twist"

Beagle Bones Decoration
$27.99 at Kroger

Dead Meat Tray

Dog Painted with Non-Toxic Pet-Safe Paint to look like a  Skeleton

Skeleton Chandelier
Think this item is beyond gothic and more on the ghoulish end - is a little too "Hannibal Lecter" but would be great for a Hauted House.

Macaroon Skeleton

Usually when I think of macaroons, it is something that is bright and cheery, but these creation takes a creepier path.

Do you have an offbeat skeleton item to share?  If so, please leave the link the comments.

Thank you for stopping by and be sure to check out the other participants in the year's Countdown to Halloween at the link below.

Halloween Finds for $10 and Under

Target has a Halloween decorated Glow-In-The-Dark Soft Soap and ghosts and Jack-O-Lanterns decorated toothpastes in "Wicked Watermelon", which are a fun and festive way to encourage kids to wash their hands and brush their teeth.

Walmart has the following and you can order online and have shipped to your local store to pick up for free.

Halloween Spider Chandlier for $4.44
I would have called it a "haunted" chandelier as there as the only spidery thing about it is the webs, but an easy way to creep up a room and as it is made out of cardstock, it should be easy to disassemble and store for next year.

Halloween Fridge Door Cover - $7.98
You can frighten up a fridge with this plastic overlay full of ghastly contents.  (Downside it is not magnetic so you have to tape it up).

.

Inflatable Ring Toss Spider Game for $6.97
This cute fella that can be used for a decoration is double duty as it is also a ring toss game

Bloody Weapons Garland for $8.97
I love this unique idea and as it is made out of flat plastic, it would be easy to store (but this might also be an idea to DIY and make it more 3D, especially if you had two trees outside and could string a clothesline between them and also add some bloody looking clothing).

Above all, don't forget Dollar Tree, where everything is $1.

Items available vary from store to store, but if you are looking to buy  in bulk (usually a case of 36 items) you can order most of the items online at Dollar Tree.

Thanks for stopping by and hope to see your tomorrow. Be sure to check out the other participants in the countdown by clicking the link below.
