As I have posted several times, Pac Man is my all time favorite video game so these cookies were a shoo-in for capturing my heart and in the future, my taste buds. These were posted over at Snack or Die with a tutorial on how to make them - the "ghosts" were made using a tulip shaped cookie cutter and then flipping the cookies upside down. Genius!
