Welcome to Day 9 of Countdown to Halloween!
Black Cats are a symbol of Halloween due to superstitious folklore of them being bad luck if they cross your path or a witch's familiar. In reality, the only difference is just the pigmentation of their fur and they are no differ from other cats.
Even so, they do make for fun party decorations and ideas. Here are few:
