This is a cute, unique idea that I had not seen before, Super Hero Socks With Capes.
They have them for sale at Wacky Planet for $10 per pair plus shipping and handling, but unfortunately, they only have in "Womens sizes 14 and up"(?). As I personally don't know of any woman with a shoe size of 14 what the probably mean is for teen-adult women's sizes.
Neverless, I love this idea and it could be a DIY project with the right color socks, fabric or acrylic paint and a bit of fabric for the cape and it would be fun for a kid (or kid at heart) to wear.
