Statue of Founder of a Town in Poland...or Darth Vader?

Photo:  polskieszlaki.pl / Wejherowo.pl

Looks like Darth Vader to me; however, it is actually a statue of Jakub Wejher who founded  the town of Wejherowo, a town in Poland in 1643 and only looks that way when it snows.
