Meringue from Chickpea Water

Next time you open a can of chickpeas you might want to save the water from the can as it can be used to make an egg-free meringue or whipped cream.  

The water from the can, called "Aquafaba" can be whipped and stiffened like egg whites to make a meringue or sweetened to make a Vegan whipped cream replacement.
