While not really a tatoo, it actually is just a design cut into a shaved area between the ears and the nape of the neck on the back of the head.

For a person that has a nice shaped head and very thick long hair, I can see where this might be something to try for the Summer as it would be cooler on a hot day and also makes for an interesting updo.
