While to me this is one of the most disgusting kitchen tools I have ever seen, I can see it being a fun novelty to get kids interested in helping out in the kitchen. You to crack an egg into the cup part and the more viscous egg white runs out the "Bogeyman"s nose.
It is for sale at Amazon for $13.98, but if you Google it can probably find it elsewhere.
