Coffee Etiquette Around The World

While I am personally not a coffee drinker, I like reading about different customs in other cultures.and think the info graph below could be useful if you plan on foreign travel, but often places also have

When I traveled  Germany years ago near Hamburg, instead of coffee, we would have tea in the afternoon that was served with either chocolate, a biscotti, fresh fruit or combination of those and I noticed they would take a bite then have a sip of tea and have it sort of meld in your mouth before chewing and swallowing.  It was a very different, delicious experience to have the warm tea melting the chocolate or the burst of a chilled strawberry crashing against the slightly bitter taste of the tea.

If you have any coffee, tea or other drink experiences wherever you have from or visited, please feel free to share them in the comments section.
