It is easy to make this Halloween Tutu - all you have to do is be able to craft a knot over elastic which would be cute for a witch costume.
It is based on the same concept of the
I made, except instead of sewing the elastic, I tied a knot instead.
For this tutu I used the following lengths of fabric cut in to the width of a credit card
- 1/2 yd Halloween ghost fabric
- 1/2 yd Black ghost fabric
- Qty 2 of 1 yd lengths of tulle
