Diamonds For Dessert shows you how you too can make little tricorn hat cookies that would be worthy of any Pirate party or even a fun cookie to make for Thanksgiving.
When I first saw these I was a bit intimidated, but she has instructions with drawings that make it easy-peasy. The peanut butter cup is placed in tehe center of the cookie, more cookies dough on top for the "hat" and then the bottom is folded up and pinched into 3 corners .
