What makes this so amazing is that it is made with upcycled items - an old sandbag, a broken dog chain, old belt, velcro and some spray paint. The how-to was posted by user derte84 over at Instructables.
These would make great for high schoolers or college age kids to make and give as presents to their friends. I found a site, 911 Sandbags, that sells sandbags for cheap. Currently a set of 10 white bags (the lowest number you can buy in white) is $11.99 or 50 orange bags (lowest number you can buy in orange) for $24.99 and both free ground shipping.
